This privacy policy is established by UAB “GFC (Global Furniture Components)”, legal entity code 304150445, registered office address Šarūno st. 20, Šiauliai, e-mail address service@gfcomponents.lt (hereinafter – Data Controller or Manager), the conditions for the processing of personal data of visitors to the website www.gfcomponents.com and other data subjects, the procedure for implementing the rights of data subjects related to the processing of personal data.
The administrator can review and change the privacy policy at any time, so we recommend you periodically check that you are familiar with the current version of the privacy policy. The publication date of the current version of the privacy policy is indicated in the upper part of this web page.
The personal data of website visitors are processed in accordance with the applicable legal acts and ensuring appropriate technical and organizational personal data protection measures.

- when contacting the e-mail addresses specified on the website, the e-mail address, the date and time of the e-mail and the content of the correspondence with the Manager’s representative are processed;
- when sending a letter to the address of the Manager’s office specified on the website, the sender’s name, address, date of receipt of the letter and the information specified in the letter are processed;
- when submitting an inquiry through the inquiry form on the website (https://www.gfcomponents.com/contact/), the name, e-mail address of the person submitting the inquiry is processed. postal address, telephone number, country, company name, date of inquiry, time, content of inquiry;
- when communicating through the social network Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account, the user’s name and the content of the correspondence with the Manager’s representative are processed.
The personal data submitted together with the inquiries and further correspondence between you and the Manager’s representative will be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfill a specific task and ensure the implementation of the Manager’s rights, but no longer than 2 years from the date of receipt of this data.
When sending an inquiry through the social network Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account, the personal data you provide may be disclosed to the administrators of this social network and other persons with whom the administrators of the social network Facebook or Instagram share personal data. DIRECT MARKETING
Every website visitor can order news about the Manager’s activities, new product offers, promotions, birthday offers and other similar information (subscribe to the newsletter) by entering his e-mail address in the newsletter order form on the website:

The right to access and demand correction of personal data is exercised by submitting a written request to the address of the Manager’s office or to the e-mail address service@gfcomponents.lt (if the request is submitted with an e-signature). When submitting a request for access to personal data, the request must specify the categories of personal data you are requesting access to. When submitting a request to correct inaccurate or incorrect personal data, the request must specify which personal data you are requesting to correct. |

The data manager deletes the relevant personal data or refuses to fulfill the request no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request and indicates the reasons for the refusal in writing. |

The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority |
This right can be exercised by submitting a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding any actions of the Manager related to the processing of your personal data. |
In cases where you exercise your rights by submitting a written request to the Manager’s address by post, a notarized copy of a personal document (passport, identity card) must be submitted along with the request.
